Service fees are communicated separately based on the scope of work and are payable as per the agreed schedule. Government fees, statutory charges, and third-party costs (if any) are separate from our advisory fees and are payable directly as applicable.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we make every effort to ensure timely and accurate filings, approval timelines and outcomes depend on the respective government departments and are beyond our control. We do not guarantee approval within any specific timeframe.
